Run Today for a Healthier Tomorrow!

Initiatives like the MS Awareness Run are important because they encourage young people with MS to keep moving, challenge their limits, and connect with others who understand their journey. No matter your starting point, every step taken brings you closer to a stronger, healthier future. This spirit of empowerment is at the core of the Young People’s Network, a space created by and for young people living with MS, NMOSD, and MOGAD to share experiences, support one another, and raise their voices together.

The key is to find an activity that suits your needs, goals and comfort level.

7 KM - Start Strong: Ideal for newcomers or anyone seeking a fun yet satisfying challenge. Take your first steps towards making a difference!

21 KM - Push Your Limits: This half-marathon is for those looking to test their endurance while running for a good cause.

42 KM – Go the Distance: The ultimate challenge for experienced runners who are ready to conquer the half marathon

Your MS doesn’t define you, stay active, and together we’ll raise awareness for MS.
